1) How can I access the garage?
You will use your smartphone to open the garage door. Once you have downloaded the GarageHop app and that your subscription has been validated, your app becomes active.
When approaching the garage, your app will turn from "searching" to "open". Just click on the "open" button on your app to open the garage door.
In case the "open" button is irresponsive, please close your app, reopen it and try again. For more troubleshooting options, please refer to our Technical help page.
2) How can I find my space in the garage?
Your parking space is an assigned space, with a specific number attached to it. Your parking space number can be found on your confirmation and all of your receipt emails.
A GarageHop reserved sign has also been placed above your space.
3) Someone is parked in my space
If someone is parked in your space, please send an email at email@example.com. In your email please include:
1) your name,
2) a picture of the violation,
3) a clear view of the license plate of the vehicle in violation (if relevant).
Then proceed to the buffer space #48. Spaces 13 and 52 are also temporary available. In case a vehicle is already parked in those spaces, please give us a call (425-426-3035) so we can redirect you to another available space.
