If you have been parking with GarageHop and received a notice that your booking has been transferred to WhereiPark please see the instructions below.

GarageHop parkers who have transitioned to WhereiPark will need to do two things before they can begin parking under the new agreement:
Add payment details to your account. You can do this by clicking on the email you received from WhereiPark or by logging in and selecting “My Account” and then “Manage Payment”. A WhereiPark account has been created for you and you can access it from the link sent to you in email or at www.whereipark.com (if you do not have or cannot remember your password click ‘forgot your password?’ on the sign in page and you’ll be able to create a new one).
Pick up your access device from the building manager. In the emails you’ve received from WhereiPark you will see instructions on how to arrange a time to pick up your access device from the building manager at your respective location. Please ensure to contact the manager in advance to arrange an appropriate time.
